Dear Lions,
I apologize for not blogging in the last couple of months. Our Rainier Lions Club has been working on the Rainier Bluegrass Festival & our Peaches Pears & Nectarine sale. Our two biggest fundraisers happen at the same time.
It was the first time that David Wuller managed and organized the performers for the Rainier Bluegrass Festival. Our community came together to help David get this years festival up and running. It was a hit!
David has agreed to take on next year's festival!
I will get back into the swing of things in the next couple of weeks & catch up. I have pictures of our 20th Rainier Lions Club anniversary party, as well as meeting notes and pictures of our Rainier Round-up Day's Parade.
Nancy Bay has sent some beautiful pictures of the Bluegrass Pickin' Party! Nancy was a tremendous help during Bluegrass.
