Sully Hat Project for Measles

Recent news said Disneyland has reported outbreak of measles.  Measles are an epidemic internationally and in the past few months measles are now reported in the US.  This vaccine is one of the best that has ever been developed.  

Through the Lions One Shot, One Life Lions Measles Initiative.


Captain Sully Sullenberger has generously donated his autograph to a genu-ine US Airways Captain's hat that will serve as a fundraising focal point to the Lions Clubs International Foundation "One Shot-One Life" measles initiative.
MD-19 DG John has his campaign The $100,000 Sully Hat Project for Measles.  He is asking individual people along with all of the Lions Clubs in District 19C to contribute to this campaign.  The Goal is to save 100,000 lives through the Lions One-Shot, One Life Measles Initiative.

To get credit for John’s campaign  when you send in your personal check or Lions check to Lions International, designate on your check “The Sully Hat Project for Measles.”  Kent Lions will match Lions Clubs of District 19 C donations up to $1,000.  


This campaign ends June 30, 2015.
