The Rainier Lions Club has been planning on sponsoring a "Leo's" Club for teens in the Raininer Area. for school age teens. We will start our club online in a closed Facebook page, for memebers only, with Victoria Fanton overseeing the group, as our adult supervisor.
The Rainier Lions Club offers a scholorship to students graduating from Rainier High School. Leo Club members will also be eligible to apply for a scholorship given by the Lions Club International.
The Leo Club memebers will be able to work along Rainier Lions Club members to complete their community service hours in fun, public service activities. Some of our activities are:
Rainier Family Fun Day - Kite Building & Flying
Packing Apples
Blue Grass Festival
Caroling for food donations for the less fortunate
LERC eyeglass cleaning & collection
White Cane Days
