We ordered 465 cases of peaches, pears and nectarines. The fruit is not only sold out, but we have received orders for over 60 more boxes of fruit today, so we ordered some more. We have another delivery of fruit coming in late tomorrow afternoon.
This order of fruit is from a different grower. The peaches and nectarines will be in 26 pound boxes, rather then the 20 - 21 pound boxes, so the cost is running a little bit higher. We have explained the increase in our cost to our customers. This next order will be picked up for redistribution tomorrow afternoon.
