Zones in District 19C are expected to hold (3) Zone
Social Mtgs. The 4th is a picnic for all clubs.
Our first Zone Social club meeting is September 20 at DuPont Lions. Mark this on your calendar. This is our kick off for the three zone
socials. More information will follow
on time, location, costs.
The next two zone social meetings (November, February
& June, (Party or picnic), confirmed soon.
On behalf of your Zone C6 Team, 2013 here we come, a fun
and exciting year! At our Meet & Greet
the clubs voted to adopt The Special Olympics 2013 as our Zone project.
Information is being gathered. Clubs
also requested good communication and advanced planning. Looking at developing
a monthly calendar with all of the club events and dates for various
meetings. This is a priority in 2013.
News Club Editors,
please get your club information to Editor, Bill Miller for the news letter by
the 25th of the month as
Zone C6 news letter will be out by the 10th
of each month. We need to get all of
our clubs into the newsletters as this encourages better visitations along with
better leadership and another tool for better membership. C6 is a very active
zone and we sure want to make sure you all are included in the news letter.
If you have any suggestions or ideas you want to see Zone
C 6 look into please just send me an email so we can get working on it.
Dee
McDermott, Zone Chair
