Extension Workshop:
A great way to get a jump on membership growth is to plan early. You can start planning now to hold an Extension Workshop at the beginning of the next fiscal year. Starting your extension efforts early in the year will help you build momentum and excitement about forming new clubs in your district. Work with your Zone Chair, GMT Coordinators and District teams to develop a plan to grow membership.
