Lions are proud to work with the Measles & Rubella Initiative & its founding partners: American Red Cross, Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, UNICEF, UN Foundation & World Health Organization — to end measles.
New measles cases have been reported in 46 districts of Uganda, making the measles and polio vaccination campaign which launches this Saturday vital. The goal is to vaccinate nearly 6.5 million children under the age of 5 from May 26-28.
