Wooden Nickels

The Rainier Lions Club had wooden coins printed with a value of $5.00 each to presell for meals at the Blue Grass Festival.  The hamburgers cost $5.00, but people who buy the $5.00 token get a hamburger (or hot dog), bag of chips and a drink for $5.00.  This is a savings of $2.50 per meal.  We have a limited supply.  The coins can be purchased from any Rainier Lions Club member.  Call (360) 446-4606 for more information.

The sale of mugs and wooden nickels will help defray the costs of the health van on August 23, 2012. We offer free sight, hearing, glaucoma, blood pressure & diabetes tests. We also offer free immunizations and dental screenings for school age children under 19 years of age. The van will be at Wolensky Park. It will open at 11:00 AM and close at 6 PM.
